Information for presenting authors
- To find the timeslot for your presentation on the virtual platform, please us the tab “Presenters” in the menu on the left-hand side of the platform, and type your name in the Search box.
- Each session has a duration of 90 minutes. The amount of time that is available for presenting your paper depends on the type of session that your paper is assigned to:
- Parallel sessions with discussants (PSD) have 2 papers. For each paper, please allow 20 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 15 minutes for audience discussion.
- Parallel sessions (PS) have (a maximum of) 3 papers. For each paper, please allow 20 minutes for presentation, and 10 minutes for audience discussion.
- Research forum sessions (RF) have (a maximum of) 5 papers. For each paper, allow 10 minutes for presentation, and 6-8 minutes for audience discussion.
- Parallel sessions with discussants (PSD) have 2 papers. For each paper, please allow 20 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 15 minutes for audience discussion.
- As communicated earlier, the sessions are held via Zoom. More information on how to join the sessions via Zoom is available in this video. Every presenter should have his/her presentation on his/her computer and share it with the audience via the “Share screen” functionality in Zoom. More information on how to do so is available via this link on the Zoom website. The Zoom website contains a lot more information on how to use and navigate the application, so if you are not very accustomed to using it, please consult the Help Center on their website.
